    Homey place, obliging staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set in the room. Tasty breakfast with plenty of food. Incredible and handy location to Scottish Submarine Centre Museum. Really close to Helensburgh, a parade of shops next door and two trains.

    Nice breakfast, but that's about it

    The room I got was super tacky with a damp smell. Breakfast had to be ordered in advance, and honestly, it seemed like it was missing something. The decor was all over the place and just looked cheap. Staff were nice enough, though.

    We hiked the nearby hills and explored the city center, all within walking distance. A clean room, and the helpful staff were much appreciated. Definitely recommend this spot for a group getaway!

    One downside was the noisy laminate flooring in the corridors, hard to relax sometimes.
